Mom got the BRAC results today and she doesn’t have the gene that means I have to get tested. I hadn’t realized how her test results might impact my life…my entire life….until I got the news today. I can barely speak….I don’t have to get the test….I don’t have to worry. I don’t know what to say or think or feel. I’m overwhelmed. I’m not a carrier. Good night.
